BOOKING POLICY

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session time. This ensures you have time to change and make the most of your climatize experience. 

Late arrivals can be accepted up to 15 minutes after your start time.  In the event that you are unable to finish a commenced session, the session is considered non-refundable.

ACCESS TO PREMISES AND USE OF FACILTIES

Compliance with the directions of the Provider’s personnel is required at all times while accessing the Premises.

You must:

- be 18 years of age or older to access and use the sauna facilities

- shower before using the ice baths

- sit on a towel while using the sauna

- wear appropriate swimming attire when using the services

- bring two towels with you to your towel

- at all times whilst using the ice baths facilities ensure that his or her head is above water level.

- remain seated at all times whilst using the sauna facilities

- remain well hydrated at all times whilst using the Services

You must not:

- use offensive language

- engage in aggressive behaviour

- bring oil into the sauna

- add additives to the cold plunges

- not exceed 20-minutes in the saunas at any one time

- recommend that you have a minimum of a 10-minute break between saunas.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

We require full payment at the time of your booking, either via our Climatize app, Website or in person at reception. Appointments can be made, changed and cancelled via our Climatize app or website. If you need to cancel, please ensure you reschedule at least 6 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid the session being forfeited.

NO SHOW POLICY

A client may be subject to fee on $20 if no show. This policy is enforced to mitigate the impact of unutilised bookings on service availability and operational planning.

CASUAL SERVICES & PACKAGES

Casual service and packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We do not provide any refunds, transfers, extensions or suspensions and all cancellations and no-shows will be considered a forfeited session.

GIFT CARDS

All Climatize gift cards are non-transferable and to be used exclusively for Climatize services.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

All Climatize services are available for those 18 years and over. Anyone under 18 years of age will need to be accompanied by a guardian, the minimum age is 16. For the safety and comfort of our staff and clients, we ask that no children accompany you to your appointment.

PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING

Please note, we do not recommend using Traditional Saunas, Infrared Saunas, or Cold Plunge if you are, or think you may be, pregnant.
